Shipping costs to Germany and neighboring EU countries (France, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Poland, Czechia) € 10,00.  Shipment to other European countries based on cost. Shipping in USA based on cost (approx. USD 12.00). Please allow up to 7 workdays for delivery.  Shipment in Europe with DHL, shipping from Berlin, Germany.  Shipment in USA with USPS, shipping from Colorado.

Invoice, VAT, other taxes:

For sales in Europe, we send an invoice and sell as a "private" person.  The invoice does not include VAT.  Sales in USA are also made on a private basis without taxes.

Packaging:

99 Deluxe comes in a robust tube, 64 cm / 25 inches long x 6 cm / 2.3 inches wide.  The tube is protected with outer packaging for shipment.
